Decent hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good location, just a minute walk from Alcazar and main square. Room and bathroom were spacious enough. Breakfast was also not bad for this budget : cereals, ham, cheese, vegetables, yaourt, pastries. The main disadvantages of the room were thin blankets and almost no light: no lamp at the ceiling and weak lamps near bad left room very dark in the evening.

Fantastic location inside the city walls though just a bit away from the busy and sometimes noisy tourist areas. Our room was by the lift but we didn’t hear it at all and the aircon unit was very efficient and most welcome. We had a view of the cathedral out of one of our windows which when lit up at night was magical. We availed of their 24 hour parking deal with an underground car park nearby saving over five euros.

Location was great and breakfast 10 euro great choice and quality. Staff friendly and helpful

Great location , staff were very helpful and tried to help customers on the beast way even on the day of the complete blackout in Spain . Couldn’t find anywhere to eat and the lady at the reception offered to make sandwiches.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The property is clean. I like the early availability of breakfast.
